Two bidders fought it out until the hammer fell at €118,000 to a couple hoping to construct a house at a future date on the lands.

Lot 2 comprised 29 acres and a farmyard. This lot opened with an initial bid of €200,000 with two parties interested up to €260,000 at which point this lot was withdrawn from the market and Paddy Jordan successfully negotiated a sale afterwards for an undisclosed sum.
