Jordan Auctioneers, Newbridge
successfully sold 34 acres by Public Auction on Wednesday last, in two lots.
The land which was situated
approximately 2 km from Ballymore Eustace, just off the N81 was all top quality

on the market. Two bidders fought it out until the hammer fell at €118,000 to a
couple hoping to construct a house at a future date on the lands.
Lot 2 comprised 29 acres and a farmyard.
This lot opened with an initial bid of €200,000 with two parties interested up
to €260,000 at which point this lot was withdrawn from the market and Paddy
